Reynolds Inliner, LLC
Reynolds Inliner, LLC is the second largest cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining company in the United States. We began as the first U.S. licensee of the Inliner® technology in 1991 and since that time have acquired the technology company, Inliner Technologies, and the liner manufacturing facility, Liner Products. This vertical integration gives us control of the Inliner® product from raw material purchase through product installation.
CIPP is a pipe renewal technology capable of rehabilitating aging pipelines with no or limited excavation. Reynolds Inliner has successfully installed more than 9.4 million feet of CIPP throughout the United States. Diameters have ranged from 4-inch to 84-inch in traditional round as well as non-circular geometries. Reynolds’ installation techniques and the lining tube manufacturing facility are both ISO 9001:2008 certified bringing an added element of quality control to both the design and installation of our projects.
Perhaps the strongest aspect that Reynolds Inliner brings to the table is diversity in rehabilitation solutions. While we focus on our Inliner® CIPP, we are committed to full service system renewal. We have in house capabilities for complete lateral renewal, slip lining, excavation and replacement, U-Liner™ (high density polyethylene fold and form), manhole renewal with cementitious and Raven epoxy products and a variety of other rehabilitative methods. We have the in-house resources to complete our own cleaning, televising and bypassing operations. We have the capabilities to wetout in one of our controlled facilities or we can become mobile and successfully complete over-the-hole wetouts of our lining tubes. Our toolbox is full of products and techniques ensuring that we can meet the needs of our clients in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
