Deliver - Pipeline Rehabilitation

As aging infrastructure becomes a top priority, Reynolds Inc is well positioned to address those unique construction needs as well. Reynolds Inliner is a patented system for pipeline rehabilitation that can typically be installed in existing pipe without requiring an open excavation – a “no-dig” or solution.

This is accomplished by accessing the buried pipeline via manholes or other structures and creating a structurally sound, jointless pipe within the old pipe by using a resin impregnated tube that is later cured and hardened in place.

This trenchless means of pipe rehabilitation often eliminates road closures, property damage and other public inconveniences typically associated with pipeline installations. On the industrial side, it can eliminate the need for costly plant site excavations and even allow for pipeline repairs
to be made on lines that now lie under existing structures and buildings.
