J. MICHAEL ANDERSON  |  PRESIDENT OF LAYNE WATER MIDSTREAM

Mr. Anderson serves as the President of Layne Water Midstream as well as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Layne. Prior to joining Layne in 2015, Mr. Anderson served as Chief Financial Officer at Southcross Energy Partners, a Master Limited Partnership engaged in the natural gas midstream business. Mr. Anderson previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Exterran Holdings, Inc. and Exterran Partners, L.P., a global market leader in natural gas compression and oil and gas services, from 2003 until 2012. Mr. Anderson also served as Chief Financial Officer and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Azurix Corp., a global owner and operator of water and wastewater assets, during his tenure from 1999 until 2003. Mr. Anderson began his career with JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an investment banker after earning his undergraduate degree in business from Texas Tech University and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.


BYRON GEESLIN  | VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Geeslin serves as the Vice President of Business Development of Layne Water Midstream. Prior to joining Layne Water Midstream in 2016, Mr. Geeslin served in various Commercial, Business Development and Finance roles at Southcross Energy, EXCO Resources, FTI Consulting and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Geeslin received his B.B.A. in Accounting and M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University.


BYRON BEVERS  |  BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

Mr. Bevers serves as a Business Development Engineer at Layne Water Midstream. Prior to joining Layne Water Midstream in 2017, Mr. Bevers served in various business development, engineering and operations roles in the water industry at Lockwood, Andrews, & Newnam, the City of Shenandoah and Bleyl & Associates. Mr. Bevers earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.


JOSH THOMAS  |  GENERAL MANAGER, OPERATIONS

Mr. Thomas serves as the General Manager for the Permian Basin midstream assets. Prior to joining Layne Water Midstream in 2017, Mr. Thomas was Director of Engineering at Southcross Energy supporting engineering and commercial efforts in the Eagle Ford Shale. Prior to that, Mr. Thomas worked for Chesapeake Midstream in the Barnett Shale, Crestwood Midstream in the Barnett, and Energy Transfer on interstate natural gas transmission pipelines spanning across the United States. Mr. Thomas earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.


CHAD STRAHAN  |  BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & LAND

Mr. Strahan serves in Business Development and Land at Layne Water Midstream. Prior to joining Layne Water Midstream in 2017, Mr. Strahan served as financial analyst for ExxonMobil within Corporate Financial Services and Chemicals. Mr. Strahan previously served as an in-house Landman at Devon Energy, managing several plays throughout Texas and Oklahoma including the STACK. Mr. Strahan earned his M.B.A in Corporate Finance from the University of Notre Dame and his B.B.A. in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University.


ANDY KILGORE  |  MANAGER, COMMERCIAL

Mr. Kilgore serves as Manager of Commercial at Layne Water Midstream. Prior to joining Layne Water Midstream in 2017, Mr. Kilgore served as the Regional Director of Business Development at BlueJack Energy, a private equity backed oilfield service company that focused on providing produced water solutions to operators in the Midland Basin. In 2014, Mr. Kilgore co-founded UM Resources, a Southlake based firm that focused on the development of Saltwater Disposal facilities in the Appalachian Basin. Mr. Kilgore previously served as Commercial Development Representative at EnLink Midstream where he was responsible for purchasing crude oil and managing wastewater supplies for EnLink’s Appalachian Basin assets. Mr. Kilgore earned a B.S. in Accountancy from Miami University.


ALEX KAJDAN  |  PROJECT MANAGER, ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION

Mr. Kajdan serves as Project Manager for Layne Water Midstream. Prior to joining Layne Water Midstream in 2017, Mr. Kajdan served as Water Conveyance Engineer for Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam Inc. focusing on the planning, design, construction, and management of various water infrastructure and hydraulic related projects. Mr. Kajdan is a Texas registered professional engineer and earned a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi.
